No. Sunekos is not a volumising filler. It does not add bulk or change facial shape. Instead, it works by improving skin quality through hydration and stimulation of collagen and elastin.

Sunekos can be used on: • Under-eyes • Forehead • Face • Neck • Upper lip • It is particularly suitable for delicate or thin-skinned areas where traditional fillers may not be appropriate.

Two different products are used: 1200 and Performa. 1200 + Performa are both injected at your first appointment and then Performa only at the second and third.  · Sunekos 1200 – A more concentrated formula with higher molecular weight hyaluronic acid and amino acids. Provides deeper structural support and collagen stimulation. Typically used once a year (every second maintenance treatment) to maintain long-term skin scaffolding. · Sunekos Performa – Focuses on hydration, elasticity, and radiance. Used in most sessions, including follow-up and maintenance, to smooth fine lines and maintain glowing, refreshed skin.

To ensure the best results and minimize the risk of bruising or swelling, we recommend: Avoiding alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and herbal supplements like ginkgo or garlic for at least 48 hours prior. Avoid blood thinners with clearance from your prescriber. Avoid caffeine on the day prior to appointment. Staying well hydrated and keeping your skin moisturized. Arriving with clean skin free of makeup where possible. Ensure skin is free of active infections in the area. Discuss any medical conditions with your clinician (you must be physically well for your appointment). If you’re prone to bruising, taking arnica tablets in the days before treatment may help.

Sunekos is generally very well tolerated, but as with any injectable treatment, there are potential risks and side effects to be aware of. These may include: • Temporary swelling, redness, or tenderness at the injection sites • Mild bruising • Itching or sensitivity in the treated area • Infection (rare, minimised with proper sterile technique) • Allergic reaction (very rare) Expected effects: • Small raised bumps at the injection sites are a normal and expected part of the treatment and typically settle within 24-72 hours as the product integrates into the tissue.
