A nurse–client relationship is only formed once:

• Services have been formally agreed to and provided by NYAA Clinic.

All cosmetic and aesthetic treatments (including but not limited to anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and skin treatments) carry risks. Individual results vary and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

A full consultation, assessment, and informed consent process will be completed prior to any treatment being provided.

4. Emergency & Adverse Reactions

If you experience a medical emergency or severe adverse reaction, call 111 immediately or seek urgent medical care.

5. Appointments & Bookings (GetTimely)

Appointments and deposits are managed via our third-party booking platform (GetTimely).

NYAA Clinic is not responsible for technical issues or outages related to third-party booking systems. Please ensure your contact details are correct when booking.

6. Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Deposits may be transferred if adequate notice is provided

We reserve the right to charge or retain deposits for:

• Late cancellations

• Failure to attend appointments (no-shows)

Cancellation notice periods and deposit terms will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
