What is the difference between Skinsmooth & Skintyte? Both SkinSmooth and SkinTyte use the advanced BBL HEROic platform, but they are designed to target different skin goals.BBL HEROic SkinSmooth is a gentle light-based treatment designed to improve the appearance of fine lines, skin texture, pores and overall skin quality. By delivering precise pulses of light into the skin, SkinSmooth™ stimulates collagen production and promotes a brighter, more luminous complexion. The result? Skin that looks smoother, more radiant and naturally "filtered" – without the need for makeup or editing.BBL HEROic SkinTyte uses controlled infrared light to gently heat the deeper layers of the skin, making it a great option for those wanting to focus on skin firmness and a more lifted, tightened appearance. It is commonly used on areas such as the mid/lower face, jawline and upper neck.The right option depends on your individual skin concerns, goals and treatment plan. During your appointment, we will assess your skin and guide you towards the most suitable option for your needs.Is this the full BBL HEROic treatment?No, these are particular filters on our BBL HEROic device but not the full treatment - these do not target pigmentation or vascular issues. If pigment is your main concern we recommend looking into the full BBL & Moxi.Can I have both Skinsmooth AND Skintyte in this facial?For an additional $150 you can upgrade to have both filters. Or - you can try the other one for your next turn!Is there any pain or downtime?Both have minimal to no downtime or pain! They feel like a pleasant, gentle warmth on the skin. There is no "snapping" sensation and most find it quite comfortable and relaxing. Some redness may follow but quickly calms.

Bio-Meso does have ceramides and Vitamin b5 - which are helpful in soothing, healing and repairing the skin. It is more suitable for sensitive skin than traditional needling!What does it feel like?During treatment, most clients experience a prickly or tingling sensation as the natural spicules are applied to the skin.Most clients find the treatment very tolerable, and the sensation gradually settles over the following few days.Is there any downtime?Downtime is minimal.You may experience:• Mild redness on the day of treatment • A prickly sensation and some sensitivity for 1–3 days afterwards • Mild dryness or light flaking in some cases as the skin renewsMost clients return to normal activities immediately, although we recommend following your aftercare instructions and keeping the skin well hydrated.What aftercare should I follow?To allow the spicules and active ingredients to work effectively, we recommend:• Do not wash your face for at least 6–8 hours after treatment (or until the following morning if advised by your practitioner). • Avoid active skincare ingredients such as retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, exfoliants and vitamin C for 3–5 days or until the skin feels comfortable. • Avoid heavy exercise, saunas, hot yoga and excessive heat for the remainder of the treatment day. • Keep the skin well hydrated and use gentle, barrier-supporting skincare. • Avoid picking or exfoliating any dry or flaky skin. • Wear daily SPF and minimise direct sun exposure while the skin is renewing.

Yes - but options such as Skinsmooth may be the best option with minimal downtime - focussing on texture/glow plus supportive, hydrating elements. This can be done a minimum of one week out. However, if you have tried our other options such as Bio-Meso or peels and know your downtime with this, you could have this two weeks prior. We recommend trying a facial well before your big event as a trial.

You can opt for the other choices (enzymes, masks, vitamin infusion, massage, facial massage, LED Therapy etc) - however most people come to us because it is a combination of both advanced corrective treatments and nervous system regulation. Remember this is “not your average facial”. But it really is up to you!

Our Acne options are designed to support active acne, reduce oiliness, congestion and inflamed skin while also calming and restoring overall skin function. Yes - if clinically appropriate, we may include a targeted BBL HEROic™ Forever Clear application as part of your facial.However, this is just using the Blue light filter to kill bacteria. As part of this facial, this is intended for localised acne only, such as the chin, jawline, forehead or a small cluster of inflammatory lesions on the cheeks. It is designed to complement your facial, not replace the dedicated 3 step Forever Clear treatment. This may be used alongside other options such as bio-meso or our peels/infusions.If you have more widespread, very inflamed, cystic or severe acne, we will usually recommend a standalone 3 step Forever Clear treatment course or another more appropriate treatment plan before progressing to facial-based protocols.This will always be discussed with you during your consultation.

Yes, where appropriate. Our Advanced Corrective Facials are completely bespoke, so if your skin is suitable and you would benefit from combining treatments, we may recommend more than one advanced option during your appointment.In many cases, we recommend rotating combinations of our advanced treatments over time to target different skin concerns and achieve the best long-term results. Some treatment combinations can complement each other beautifully and may be included where clinically appropriate. Usually two maximum of our elements as not to overwhelm the skin, and our BBL HEROic options are the first step (before either peel/infusion or BioMeso). It will depend on your skin on the day and your preferences. Your practitioner will assess your skin and recommend the most suitable approach for your goals.

It's a common question! Many people associate the word "peel" with aggressive exfoliation, visible peeling or making sensitive skin even more irritated. However, not all peels work this way.The INNOEXFO Redness Peel has been specifically developed for redness-prone, reactive and sensitive skin. Rather than simply exfoliating the skin, it uses INNOAESTHETICS' Smart GPS® delivery technology to deliver active ingredients where they are needed most.Its focus is to calm inflammation, strengthen the skin barrier and support healthy skin function. As the barrier becomes stronger and healthier, the skin is better able to retain moisture, defend against external irritants and becomes less prone to redness, sensitivity and flare-ups.If your skin barrier is particularly compromised, or your skin would benefit from an even gentler approach, we may instead recommend an alternative option.Following the peel with our sensitive transdermal infusion allows these skin soothing ingredients to penetrate even more effectively.

Our calming facial also includes an additional LED Lounge pass to be used on a different day for additional skin calming. The 60 minutes may still include advanced options such as redness (sensitive) peel, transdermal infusion and potentially Bio-meso. It already includes 20 minutes of Dermalux LED in room within the 60 minutes - the other facials are 90 minutes as there is 30 minutes in our LED Lounge.

Yes! We just cannot do Bio-Meso (Skinpen Microneedling is more suitable during breastfeeding as it is not introducing the multitude of ingredients into the skin). You can have Skinsmooth Or Skintyte and some of the superficial peels/infusions! Just bear in mind that you may have more sensitivity and delayed healing following treatment due to hormonal changes.
