Using DNA fragments derived from salmon, Rejuran stimulates natural regeneration at a cellular level, making it particularly effective for delicate or thinning areas such as the under-eyes and forehead, and for improving the appearance of certain types of scars. It can also help achieve a “glass skin” effect - for smooth, hydrated, and radiant-looking skin.

How It Works

Rejuran contains polynucleotides (PNs) - biologically active DNA fragments that mimic the body’s own nucleic acids, created from salmon DNA. PNs stimulate fibroblast activity, promote collagen and elastin production, and repair the extracellular matrix. 

 

How to Prepare for Treatment

To ensure the best results and minimize the risk of bruising or swelling, we recommend:

 

• Avoiding alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and herbal supplements like ginkgo or garlic for at least 48 hours prior. Avoid blood thinners with clearance from your prescriber. Avoid caffeine on the day prior to appointment.

• Staying well hydrated and keeping your skin moisturised.

• Arriving with clean skin free of makeup where possible.

• Ensure skin is free of active infections in the area

• Discuss any medical conditions with your clinician (you must be physically well for your appointment)

• If you’re prone to bruising, taking arnica tablets in the days before treatment may help.

Which Rejuran Should I Choose?

 

• Rejuran i (1ml) – Best for mild concerns around the eyes. Provides subtle rejuvenation with minimal downtime.

• Rejuran Healer (2ml) – Same PDRN concentration as Rejuran i, but slightly thicker. Can treat under-eyes plus one additional area (e.g. fine lines or texture). Or for example, both cheeks. Downtime may be a little longer if used only around the eyes, but results are more rejuvenating.

• Rejuran Healer (4ml) – Suitable for larger or multiple areas, such as under-eyes and full cheeks together or perhaps the neck too.
