To ensure the best results and minimise the risk of bruising or swelling, we recommend avoiding alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and herbal supplements like ginkgo or garlic for at least 48 hours prior. Avoid blood thinners unless cleared by your prescriber, and avoid caffeine on the day prior to appointment. Stay well hydrated and keep your skin moisturised, and arrive with clean skin free of makeup where possible. Ensure the treatment area is free of active infections. Discuss any medical conditions with your clinician, as you must be physically well for your appointment. If you are prone to bruising, taking arnica tablets in the days before treatment may help.

Your appointment begins with a consultation and assessment to create a personalised plan. The treatment area will be cleansed and topical numbing cream applied if required. Multiple fine injections are administered in the target areas. You will also receive a complimentary LED therapy session. Aftercare advice will be provided, and we will follow up the next day. A review of results will take place four weeks after your final treatment, including side-by-side photography to track progress.
