We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless otherwise stated.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Incorrectly supplied

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with NZ consumer law.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

  • Skincare products

  • Consumables

  • Sealed cosmetic items once opened

Return Process

Approved returns must be sent back unused and in original packaging unless faulty.

Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind (if accepted) are the responsibility of the customer.
